Valerie A. Costello

Profile

Valerie is an Associate at Fox McCluskey, joining the team in 2018.  Her practice focuses on corporate and business transactions, estate planning, real estate closings and transactions, as well as construction law.

Prior to joining the firm, Valerie clerked as an intern for the Fourth District Court of Appeals, UF Health Shands, and the City Attorney for the City of Stuart.  In addition, she was a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Conservation Clinic, where she was able to combine her passion for the outdoors with her enjoyment of interacting with clients.  While a member of the Clinic, Valerie developed and drafted conservation easements and assisted in revising local government regulations for her clients. 

Valerie received her B.A. from Florida Atlantic University in 2012, and then graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2018.  Valerie was born and raised in Stuart and is happy to be back in her hometown, although she will miss regularly attending Gator football games.  Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, boating and playing softball.  Valerie currently lives in Jensen Beach with her husband, Darren Costello, and is the proud mom of two dogs.
